Sixth Grade: Kalissa Ruffin

Welcome to a brand-new school year! My name is Ms. Ruffin, and I am excited to be your child’s English Language Arts (ELA) teacher this year. I’m looking forward to another amazing year of reading, writing, learning, and growing together.

I graduated from Slippery Rock University with a passion for education and a deep love for literature and language. This is my second-year teaching, and I’m thrilled to continue building strong, supportive relationships with both students and families at Saint Michael the Archangel. Outside of the classroom, I love reading, trying new coffee shops, and spending time with my family. I also enjoy traveling and exploring new places whenever I can!
